These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the website, services, programs, classes, events, products, and offerings provided by Sacred Owl Solutions LLC, operated by Samantha Rines O’Dell, Sheridan, Wyoming. By accessing this website or purchasing any offering, you agree to the terms outlined below.

GENERAL AGREEMENT

By engaging with Sacred Owl Solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all clients, participants, purchasers, and website visitors unless otherwise stated in writing.

Sacred Owl Solutions LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

CANCELLATION & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

(Sessions, Appointments, Classes, and Events)

48 Hour Cancellation Policy

Services and Appointments:
Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50 percent charge of the scheduled service fee.

Classes and Events:
Classes or events canceled, rescheduled, or missed without at least 48 hours’ notice will be charged at 100 percent of the registration fee.

These policies exist to honor the time, preparation, and practitioner availability required to hold these spaces. Last minute cancellations impact both providers and other clients who may have wanted that appointment or seat.

Late Arrivals:
Clients are granted a 15 minute grace period. Sessions will be charged at full price and may be shortened to fit within the remaining scheduled time. Repeated late arrivals or last minute cancellations may require a card to remain on file for future bookings.

PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following terms apply to all structured programs offered by Sacred Owl Solutions LLC, including but not limited to multi week, multi month, and year long programs. These terms apply regardless of delivery format and supersede general refund and cancellation policies for programs.

Payment and Commitment
Enrollment may be completed via a pay in full option or an approved payment plan. By enrolling, you agree to remain fully financially responsible for the total program investment, regardless of participation level, attendance, completion, or personal circumstances.

Enrollment reserves a limited program seat and practitioner capacity that cannot be reallocated once the program begins.

Immediate Access and Delivery of Services
Enrollment includes immediate access to digital materials, program resources, scheduling availability, and reserved program capacity. This constitutes delivery of services upon purchase.

No Refunds, Returns, or Chargebacks
All sales are final. Due to the immersive nature of year long programs and the immediate delivery of access, scheduling availability, and reserved capacity, no refunds, partial refunds, returns, or credits are offered under any circumstances.

You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for any reason related to this purchase. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Payment Plans Are Not Conditional
Payment plans are offered as a convenience only. Payment obligations are contractual and are not dependent upon attendance, completion, usage of materials, participation level, perceived results, or changes in personal or financial circumstances.

Participant Responsibility & Results Disclaimer
You acknowledge that your experience and results are directly related to your own commitment, consistency, presence, and willingness to engage with the process. Sacred Owl Solutions LLC makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results.

Non Transferability
Year long program enrollment is non transferable. Access, sessions, materials, and resources may not be shared, gifted, sold, assigned, or transferred to another individual.

Program Duration
All program access, sessions, and materials must be used within the stated program timeframe unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Unused services do not extend the program term and do not qualify for refunds, credits, or transfers.

Acknowledgment of Time Based Commitment
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are entering into a time based program commitment and that payment obligations are contractual rather than usage based.

REFUND POLICY

(Products, Retail, Packages, and Special Offers)

Gift Cards, Vouchers, Packages, and Special Offers:
All sales are final and non refundable.

If a package refund is requested and granted at the sole discretion of Sacred Owl Solutions LLC, services already rendered will be recalculated at standard, non discounted pricing. Any remaining balance will be issued as account credit unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Products and Retail Returns:
Unused and unopened products in original packaging may be returned for spa credit within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
Opened, used, or damaged items are not eligible for return.

PRIVACY POLICY

Sacred Owl Solutions LLC respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

Information We Collect
We may collect personal information you voluntarily provide, including name, email address, phone number, registration details, and information shared through forms or inquiries.

Email and SMS Communications
Email communications may include confirmations, reminders, and educational updates. You may unsubscribe at any time.
SMS communications are limited to logistical notifications. You may opt out by replying STOP.

Confidentiality
Personal information shared through sessions or programs is treated with care and discretion. Website submissions do not establish a practitioner client relationship unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

Data Security
Reasonable measures are taken to protect your information; however, no method of electronic transmission can be guaranteed as completely secure.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, content, recordings, meditations, worksheets, and resources provided by Sacred Owl Solutions LLC are protected intellectual property and may not be copied, distributed, shared, reproduced, or used to create derivative works without prior written consent.

CONSULTING & SCOPE OF PRACTICE DISCLAIMER

Services provided by Sacred Owl Solutions LLC are educational and experiential in nature and may include coaching, somatic practices, nervous system education, embodiment work, and integrative wellness support.

These services are not medical care, psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or a substitute for licensed medical or mental health services. You are responsible for seeking appropriate professional support when needed.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Sacred Owl Solutions LLC, its owners, affiliates, contractors, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal actions arising from your participation in services, programs, or use of this website.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
